Justice founded the California Green Academy ("CalGreen"), and now serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer, CalGreen's highest executive position.

​He double-majored at U.C. Davis in Public Service and Law & Society, minoring in Professional Writing - emphases in legal and technical writing, and holds a certificate in High-Speed and Intercity Rail Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute.

He has previously worked for Unitrans, Caltrans’ Division of Rail, Air Resources Board, Cal/EPA’s Scientific and Peer-Review Program, for former State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson, and Dr. David Long, former California Secretary of Education.

Justice is also Founder and Editor of TransportiCA, Founder and Principal of Aggie Writing Services, as well as, former President and Acting E.D. of the University of San Francisco's Nonprofit Student Council, where he obtained Masters of Nonprofit Administration, and was awarded the "Community Engagement Award" for nonprofit graduate student leadership. 

Currently, Justice is pursuing a Master of Science in Transportation Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute, and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, from Western Governors University.  Justice also served as Board Treasurer for the UNA-USA's Sacramento Chapter.

His passion for sustainable and active transportation comes from, despite being a Los Angeles native, not having a driver’s license, nor planning to obtain one, in the future.
